Being a Portland, Oregon resident we find ourselves in Astoria at least once a year. We are always looking for new things to do, see, and explore. On this trip was happened upon a ghost tour. We had no idea that the ghost hunting community was so active in Astoria. To be honest, I am not sure how we missed it, after all these years.

Costing just $20 per person, it’s an affordable way to spend an hour exploring Astoria, especially when you consider the personal stories and hidden gems the guides share along the way. It is worth noting, that our tour was scheduled for an hour, but the guide was fantastic and had a member of Astoria’s Ghostoria group join us. Our tour ended up being just over 2 hours and we were able to watch the Ghostoria hunter test out new ghost hunting equipment.
